Before going on sale, the bikes are fully assessed, and stripped down to the frame by either our fully qualified (to the industry recognised Cytech 2 standard) mechanics or volunteers under supervision. They are then rebuilt with reconditioned or new parts as appropriate and given a comprehensive road test before being offered for sale with a free 6-week check and 3-month warranty.
