Cycle collection following Service & Repair / training – Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply when booking your bike in to our Workshop for service and/or repair, be that through our online booking tool on this website or in person at our Cycle Hub. These also apply where, at your request, we have agreed to store your bike at the Cycle Hub for the duration of a multi-day Cycle training course or event that you are attending.

Like a lot of bike repair centres, we have to manage our limited workshop and storage space carefully and for this reason we ask that you collect your bike promptly following its service and/or repair, or at the end of your training course if we’ve agreed to store your bike for the course duration. In any event, we encourage you to talk to us if for whatever reason you are unable to collect your bike within a reasonable time frame following us notifying you of it being ready to collect. The following applies unless we have agreed alternative arrangements, and these are noted in our correspondence with you on a quotation / email / by text:

In these terms and conditions:

(a) “we” means Watford Cycle Hub Ltd (and “us” and “our” should be construed accordingly);
(b) “you” means our customer or prospective customer under these terms and conditions (and “your” should be construed accordingly);
(c) “booking” means a booking in respect of Cycle Hub Service & Repair, which may be made by you using our online booking system or in person at our Cycle Hub;
(d) “ready to collect” is the date on which your cycle is ready for collection following service, repair or a temporary storage agreement between you and us to store your cycle for the duration of a multi-day training fixture or event.
