Before going on sale, our bikes are fully assessed, and if necessary, stripped down to the frame by either our fully qualified (to the industry recognised Cytech 2 standard) mechanics or our apprentices and volunteers under a mechanic’s supervision. They are then rebuilt with reconditioned or new parts as appropriate and given a comprehensive road test before being offered for sale with a free 6-week check and 3-month warranty.
