Launching 28th July – Fix your bike – £50 government voucher scheme

We’re pleased to advise that we’re supporting the ‘Fix Your Bike’ £50 voucher scheme introduced by the Department For Transport in conjunction with the Energy Saving Trust. This scheme intends to help people get their unused or out-of-order bikes back into a safe and roadworthy condition, relieve pressure on public transport and improve health and wellbeing as well as the environmental benefits gained through using a low-carbon form of transport.

You can apply for your voucher(s) via the Energy Saving Trust website from 11:45pm 28th July 2020. When you have your voucher, simply book your bike in, bring the bike and voucher to your Cycle Hub with some identification / proof of address and we’ll assess your bike and advise you of any essential maintenance required to make it safe and roadworthy. The voucher gives you £50 towards the cost of a service and repair for up to two bikes per household*
