Bike shops have been recognised as “essential services” during both lockdown periods ans as such we have been able to continue servicing bikes at both Watford and Leavesden Cycle Hubs – keeping new and returning cyclists on two wheels.

HOW WE HAVE ADAPTED TO KEEP STAFF AND CUSTOMERS SAFE

We ask that all customers (except those who are exempt) wear a mask when they visit the shop/workshop, check in with the NHS COVID app at the entrance and use the one way system marked out to enable distancing for those using the shop or picking up coffee from the new café.

Rather than pop on the off-chance, we would prefer you to book your service online in advance, or telephone in advance. We are taking the Government Fix Your Bike Vouchers towards repairs, but do remember that these vouchers are intended to contribute towards getting unroadworthy bikes back on the road, rather than being used for regular maintenance work or upgrades to working bikes.
